• The insurance product is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Agency (FDIC) or other Agency of the United States, Citizens & Northern Bank or (if applicable) any affiliate of Citizens & Northern Bank.
• There is investment risk associated (if applicable) including the possible loss of value.
• In the case of an application for credit in connection with which an insurance product is being sold, solicited or offered, Citizens & Northern Bank may not condition the extension of credit on either:
  • The consumer's purchase of an insurance product from Citizens & Northern Bank or any of its affiliates, or
  • The consumer's agreement not to obtain, or a prohibition on the consumer from obtaining, an insurance product from any unaffiliated entity.
